Recent reports have alerted us to impersonation and potentially fraudulent activities conducted under the name of “XYG (US) Limited”, “Xinyi in Solar Glass” or “Xinyi Glass Ltd. USA Australia, Indonesia and Canada”. They deceitfully reroute their domain “xyglimited.com” to the website of our parent company, Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (www.xinyiglass.com), attempting to mislead people by claiming they are an official subsidiary in North America. The website “xinyiinsolarglass.com” is currently not active. “XYG (US) Limited” and “Xinyi in Solar Glass” do not represent us in any capacity and have no affiliation with us or our parent company, Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited.
It has also come to our attention that “XYG (US) Limited” and “Xinyi in Solar Glass” have been attempting to contact potential job candidates through LinkedIn and email, falsely presenting job opportunities and requesting an initial investment to work for them.
We are taking legal action to address and prevent any potential confusion or misrepresentation and protect the general public from these fraudulent actions.
Recognize and Report Suspicious Activities
We urge you to remain cautious and informed to prevent falling victim to these fraudulent schemes. If you encounter any communications that seem unusual, please exercise caution. Verify the legitimacy of such inquiries by directly contacting your known and trusted account manager or our official email info@xygna.com. Be aware of the common signs of impersonation, such as unfamiliar email addresses, urgent or threatening language, and requests for confidential information, immediate actions or payments.

XYG North America’s official website is www.xygna.com. Emails from our organization will always originate from addresses ending in @xygna.com. We do not operate under any other websites or email domains. Please report immediately any communication that claims to be from us but does not adhere to these identifiers as suspect.
All communications related to our hiring process should be directed to the email address hiring@xygna.com or will be sent directly from our HR Officer’s email, both of which use our official domain @xygna.com.

We, XYG North America, also known as Xinyi Glass North America, operate under the corporate name Xinyi Auto Glass (North America) Corporation and are the only official subsidiary in North America that specializes in automotive and architectural glass.
